The 5-Star Service training program was crafted with knowledge and experience gathered from over the past 10 years in the financial industry. We have three core pillars to our training program: etiquette, accuracy, and anticipation.

Our admins will learn how to best work with a financial advisor, understand the nuances between hospitality and service, appreciate the importance of attention to detail and accurate work, and become the most resourceful and self-managed admins possible – all specifically tailored to the financial advisory atmosphere.

The goal of our training program is to redefine the expectations of remote workers by bridging the gap in service and quality work one often feels when interactions are not face-to-face.
